Devi is a sometimes adjunct professor at the University of Notre Dame where she teaches her always over-enrolled course “Cultures of Fear: Anthropological Perspectives of The Horror Film”. She also teaches theory and methods courses in screenwriting, documentary film, film studies, media studies and visual anthropology.  She’s currently on an indefinite “sabbatical” in L.A. where she continues to teach classes at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in between film projects.
